RESULTS

Total number of accepted candidates increased by 30%. Number of accepted candidates per job increased by 7%.

The redesign focused on increasing the number of accepted candidates. To meet this goal, we improved how the platform notified recruiters of new job applications. We also made job management functions like editing, duplicating, and sharing the job to social media more accessible.

The biggest contributing factor to increasing the number of accepted candidates was implementing a new “Leads” stage. From this stage, recruiters can view candidates in the Kalibrr database who haven’t applied but fit the job requirements.
